Kerala Samajam Udaipur was formed up in 1964, is a socio social association of Keralites living in Udaipur. The principle target of Kerala Samajam is to advance and maintain all inclusive fellowship, shared trust and national coordination with uncommon accentuation on social incorporation, with no boundary of religion, caste, economic stratus and political affiliation or bias and has been encouraging a feeling of fraternity among the general population. Through the five decades, the Samajam has developed into one of the greatest social associations of the locale, with active participation in various activities as its benchmark.
Objectives
The basic dream was to create a common platform and support the ergetic Malayalees living in Udaipur, Rajasthan and their relatives to save and encourage their social personality; to have an association and affiliation where they could share their contemplations and meet up prompted to the possibility of a ‘Samajam’ as an ethnic community.
To reinforce this bond with Udaipur and encourages the members of Kerala Samajam to give and look after social, recreational and social programmes related to Kerala, including administration exercises to profit the needy when all is said in done and national interest and it’s esteem.
Our central goal is to make a Malayalee people group which will have the capacity to convey and co-work each other and proceed with the association through eras hence keeping up the Malayalee personality for quite a long time to come.
What we do
We make, keep up, advance, spread and transmit conventions, traditions, ceremonies, sports, expressions, tongue and culture with roots in Kerala. A definitive thought is to instill in person, the zest to live in most extreme congruity with Mother Nature on one hand and all inclusive love to relish national reconciliation on the other.
With a specific end goal to support its main goal and vision, Kerala Samajam Udaipur has been commending celebrations and arranging different competitions for games, arts, cultural and social occasions and events similar to Kerala. Onam is one such celebration that Samajam has been celebrating throughout the years with a specific end goal to understand its objectives.
